2. Description of Service
Slay provides an AI-powered service where users can upload screenshots of chat conversations, social media bios, or images to receive AI-generated replies. The app does not store or retain uploaded content after processing but does collect and store user login information, such as email addresses, for account management.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (such as your email and password) and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Uploaded Content: By using the app, you confirm that you have the right to upload any screenshots or images for AI-generated replies. You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we believe you are violating these terms.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
5. Use of Uploaded Content
When you upload screenshots, social media bios, or images to the app:
- You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process the content for the purpose of generating an AI response.
- We do not store, share, or retain any uploaded content after processing.
6. AI Responses
The app uses third-party AI technology (OpenAI) to generate responses based on uploaded content. These responses are for entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional advice. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the AI-generated replies.
7. User Conduct
By using the app, you agree not to:
- Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
- Use the app in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair the app or its services.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or otherwise extract the source code or functionality of the app.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, designs, and app features, are the property of Slay AI or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slay AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app or the AI-generated responses. We provide the app “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in any illegal activity.
11. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time, without notice. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified features.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
